What this website collects
This website does not use accounts, store form submissions or set advertising cookies. It does not include analytics.
The booking request form
The booking form runs entirely in your browser. When you press “Prepare WhatsApp message”, it opens WhatsApp with your message filled in. Nothing is sent to Dr Tasneem Patel until you press send in WhatsApp yourself. Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Please don’t include detailed medical information in a booking message. You can discuss your health privately at your consultation.
Patient records
Clinical records created during your care are kept confidential by the practice, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and professional requirements.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and the ACCMA practitioner listing take you to third-party services with their own privacy policies.
